We send your door code by email, by hand, once we see your purchase. It works from 6 AM to 8 PM on your day and stops working after. A day's notice helps. If your day has begun and the code has not arrived, call and we will sort it out.
If you cannot make the day you bought, tell us and we will move your pass once, to another day within a week of it. The Day Pass Terms cover the details, including when a pass is refunded.
A day pass does not include printing or the conference room, and it does not entitle you to any particular desk or chair.
